Constitution of the Internal Examination Committee:
In accordance with the academic regulations and institutional policy, the Internal Examination Committee for the B. Pharm. and M. Pharmacy Programme is constituted by the Principal in consultation with the Heads of the Departments. The committee shall function to ensure effective planning, conduct, monitoring, and evaluation of all internal examinations and assessment activities in accordance with PCI regulations, University Ordinances, and NEP-2020 guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and approve the sessional xamination for all semesters.
- Ensure uniformity, transparency, fairness, and confidentiality in continuous assessment.
- Monitor sessional examination question papers for aligned with POs, COs, Bloom’s Taxonomy and Miller’s Pyramid.
- Monitor theory, practical, internship, seminar, and project assessments.
- Ensure compliance with PCI, University and NEP-2020 guidelines.
- Promote outcome-based and competency-based assessment practices.
- Review and finalize sessional examination marks.
- Address student grievances related to sessional examination.
- Maintain records, reports and meeting minutes.
- Recommend remedial measures and academic support.
- Suggest reforms for quality improvement.
- Perform other examination-related duties assigned by the Principal.
